삼성전자의 VD(Visual Display) 디자인 스토리북을 제작하였습니다. 삼성전자에서 매년 출시되는 TV와 VD사업부 제품들의 디자인이 갖고 있는 그만의 컨셉과 그것이 갖는 소비자 가치를 스토리 방식으로 엮어 놓은 것으로, 삼성전자 TV와 VD사업부의 공통된 철학과 디자인 해리티지를 담고 있습니다.
이 스토리북은 세 권의 책으로 구성하였습니다. 하나는 모든 삼성 TV에 구현된 디자인 철학을 소개하는 것이고, 두번째는 고화질 TV 그리고 세 번째는 라이프스타일 TV입니다. 마케팅이나 홍보 행사의 특정한 필요에 따라, 이 책들은 개별적으로 또는 결합하여 사용될 수 있도록 계획하였습니다.
브이에이는 기획·디자인, 촬영, 인쇄·제작까지 총괄하였으며 삼성전자 VD사업부 디자인의 현주소와 역사를 더 명확하게 전달하기 위해 노력하였습니다.
The Design Book tells the stories behind the designing of each Samsung TV in 2019. Product images and photos were taken in a way to be reflective of the unique designs while showcasing their use in various lifestyles. The book is, in effect, a combination of three books: one introducing the design philosophy embodied in all Samsung TVs, one on high-definition TVs, and the third on lifestyle TVs. Based on the specific needs of marketing or promotional events, the books can be used separately or in combination.
